“Bad Boys For Life” – Maybe The Best In The Smith/Lawrence Series

Since the Bad Boys movie came out in 1995 in the theatres, it didn’t turn out so bad. In fact, it made a great impression which leads to a series of movie comebacks. Bad Boys II came out last 2003 and now the Bad Boys For Life in 2020. It also has a spin-off television series called “L.A.’s Finest,” together with Jessica Alba.

It gathered a total of $273,339,556 in the Box office against its production budget of $130 million. It was a much-awaited movie that came back because Bad Boys 2 was released on July 18, 2003, 8 years after the first Bad Boys movie was released on April 7, 1995.

Undoubtedly, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are good comedians. This makes their character more appealing to the audience. They invoke a charisma that will bring their audience along with them to a perfect balance of action and comedy.

The 2020 film won a massive leap in the box office as it reaches $292,654,667 in its worldwide gross income, making it number one in the Box Office. The movie’s production budget was only $90 million.

Rotten Tomatoes scored the film 77% (220 reviews) in its Tomatometer with a 96% audience score. Metacritic scores 59 (45 reviews).

The movie was directed by Bilall Fallah and Adil El Arbi. Produced by Will Smith, who starred in the film, Doug Belgrad, and Jerry Bruckheimer. Its initial release was on January 7, 2020, in Berlin and was officially released last January 17, 2020. So this was indeed a big hit for both Smith and Laurence.
